Licence Condition
The licensee must complete the following works on evaporation bays 3, 4 and 5 by 31 December 2014: remove settled sediments, recontour banks, and laser-level the bay floors.
The licensee must complete the following works on evaporation bays 1 and 2 by 31 December 2015: remove settled sediments, recontour banks, and laser-level the bay floors.
Activities at the Premises will be subject of future licence conditions addressing greenhouse gas emissions and climate change adaptation issues. The EPA intends to add conditions to the licence as part of implementing initiatives under the EPA's Climate Change Policy and Climate Change Action Plan: 2023-26. This is likely to include a requirement for the licensee, through licence conditions, to prepare and implement a Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation Plan and to report in the effectiveness of the plans over time.
